House prices rise: report

TORONTO — Canada's housing market remained solid in the first three months of this year with average prices rising in most markets, Royal LePage Real Estate Services reported Monday. The national realty firm said the average price of a detached bungalow was up 6.3 per cent from a year earlier to $241,190, while the value of a standard two-storey home increased 6.
