Waterspout cuts across Confederation Bridge

Passengers on the Confederation Bridge were forced to stop around midday Monday as a rare waterspout crossed the span between the Island and New Brunswick.
The gyrating column of water and spray, formed by a whirlwind between sea and cloud, crossed right over the bridge around 12:30 p.
