CIBC sues six former employees
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is suing six former employees who have departed for upstart
Genuity Capital Markets, alleging they took confidential information and masterminded a “secretive, well-orchestrated and calculated scheme” to recruit colleagues and launch a rival brokerage while they were still working for the bank.
