Library bomber jailed two years
Montreal — A Quebec judge described the firebombing of Montreal's United Talmud Torah school as a hate-fuelled act of terrorism yesterday and sent its 19-year-old author to a federal penitentiary for two years.
With an emotionless gaze, Sleiman El-Merhebi rose in the prisoner's box to hear Quebec Court Judge Jean Sirois deliver his punishment.
