That's just plain pugly
Armchair architectural critics will get a chance to decide what's excellent and what is pug-ugly about Toronto architecture, and hand out awards, in a contest to be launched March 1.
The Pugly Awards is a website where visitors can vote on the city's best known, most loved and least liked buildings in an on-line competition.
