Hollinger cancels meeting
Hollinger Inc. cancelled a shareholders' meeting scheduled for Thursday, as expected, after a panel of the Ontario Securities Commission effectively killed his attempt to turn Hollinger Inc. into a private company.
Three OSC commissioners said Monday they will not grant a request to alter cease-trade orders that had to be changed for the privatization to go ahead.
