Court sides with park wardens over guns

Doug Martin has been put in some pretty dangerous situations during his 30 years as a warden in Canada's national parks."I've been threatened to be stabbed. I've been threatened to be killed. I've been shot at," he said. "I have worried about my preservation of life." Mr. Martin and his union, the Public Service Alliance of Canada, have waged a five-year campaign asking Parks Canada to allow wardens to carry guns.
