OSC town hall turns angry

David Brown, chair of the Ontario Securities Commission, told a gathering of hundreds of retail investors Tuesday night that the OSC wasn't looking for complaints, but for "assistance in finding solutions."
What he got, for the most part, was a series of financial horror stories told by angry investors.
Tuesday's town hall meeting in Toronto was a chance for investors to ask a five-person panel questions about the securities industry.
