CHUM decries CRTC satellite radio ruling

All three applicants may have been given the green light to go ahead with their proposed subscription radio systems Thursday, but two came out as winners and one clearly lost.
Canadian Satellite Radio Inc. and
Sirius Canada Inc., the two companies that plan to beam hundreds of channels from U.S.-owned satellites, were in an upbeat mood after the decision from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission.
