8. Building robots for all budgets

One can juggle gigantic space satellites as though they were tennis balls. The other can pick up a paper cup, if you have a lot of time on your hands and know what you're doing. One is the length of a school bus and cost about $100-million to build. The other is about 10 centimetres long and costs less than $100, and so far there are about a million and a half of them, with more on the way.
