When was the last time Ralph Klein did anything for his province or his country?Alberta's Premier loves to bluster and bully, then backtrack. Recent days have provided ample evidence of this wearying tactic.
Mr. Klein self-righteously promised that he would stand up to Ottawa's plans to legislate in favour of same-sex marriage, even though every constitutional lawyer in the country insisted the Alberta government didn't have a jurisdictional leg to stand on.
