QUESTION: Since upgrading from ME to XP, I am unable to download any of MSN Games. I can sign in, it says "downloading latest version," but then it says it is unable to install the software.
I tried all advice from MSN, but still the problem exists. Hope you can solve the problem.

ANSWER: Does the XP come with service pack 2 built in? SP2 includes some security features, including blocking some web content (pop-ups, active x stuff and file downloads). When it is blocking something there is an information bar under the toolbar. You have to click on the information bar and click to allow whatever is being blocked in order the download things.
