Can't copy recorded audio files to Flash drive

Globe and Mail Update

QUESTION: I like my Griffin tech radioShark, but I cannot copy any of the recorded files to a jump drive (I always get the message that says it can't copy because there's not enough space). This despite the fact that the file is about 23MB, and the jump drives have well over 100MB free - and have worked in accepting other files I've copied. The kind folks at Griffin don't know what the problem is...

Thanks for any help,

David Orenstein

ANSWER: Some jump drives have a write-protect switch or a software setting for write-protecting the drive. If it is in the locked position you won't be able to save anything to the drive. Do you get the same message with other file types?
