LCBO reaches tentative deal

It seems Ontario residents have been busily squirreling away emergency stockpiles of alcohol for nothing. Management of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario – the world's largest purchaser of alcohol – announced Wednesday that a tentative agreement has been reached with its unionized employees, averting the possibility of a Thursday strike at LCBO stores and warehouses across the province.
