Those old booster-seat blues
Parents have less than a month to go until new booster-seat legislation comes into effect in Ontario, and parenting specialists say it's time to start warming your kids up to the idea, in particular for those who have "graduated" from booster seats in the car.
As of September, children who are not yet eight years old, weigh 36 kg, or are shorter than 145 centimetres will be required to sit in a booster seat.
