Boisclair admits using cocaine
QUEBEC — The front-runner in the race for the leadership of the Parti Québécois admits having used cocaine while a cabinet minister in the late 1990s. The question about André Boisclair's cocaine use was put point-blank to him yesterday after he spent days avoiding answering queries about the subject.
