Liberals win New Brunswick by-election
Saint John, N.B. — New Brunswick's Opposition Liberals won a crucial provincial by-election Monday, raising questions about the political future of Conservative Premier Bernard Lord.
Liberal Ed Doherty won the vote in the Saint John Harbour riding in a landslide, with Conservative Michelle Hooton a distant second.
