Kyoto comes to Montreal
We face an election at a delicate time — just when the Prime Minister's attention is desperately needed to advance Canada's national interests on climate change.
Even as the House of Commons votes today, delegates from more than 180 countries are converging on Montreal for COP 11 — the 11th meeting of the Conference of the Parties, the United Nations-backed forum for discussing what to do about this global environmental issue.
