RIM suffers another blow
A U.S. federal judge has ruled that Research In Motion Ltd. does not have an enforceable settlement agreement with NTP Inc., opening the way for the small patent holding firm to seek injunctive relief against the BlackBerry manufacturer.
Judge James Spencer of the District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia also denied RIM's request to stay proceedings in the long-running patent infringement suit while the U.S.
