Swimming coach helped burn body

A Canadian swim coach, recently allowed back in the sport despite a supposed “lifetime ban” for being a convicted steroids trafficker, was also involved in the grisly burning and disposal of a murder victim's body. Fifty-two-year-old Cecil Russell, now co-head coach at the 150-member Dolphins Swim Club which operates out of two sites in the Ontario cities of Barrie and Oakville, was formally reinstated to the sport on Oct.
