Guardian Angels coming to Toronto
In the wake of Toronto's escalating gun violence, the city may soon have a new Guardian Angel, or several for that matter.
Lou Hoffer, a former Toronto police officer, who quit the force after five years and now works in private security, has taken it upon himself to invite the head of the New York-based crime fighting group the Guardian Angels to come to Toronto this weekend to try to drum up recruits.
