Harper: Bill 101 respected
Toronto — Conservative Leader Stephen Harper says he won't touch Quebec's controversial language laws.
A Conservative government would respect Quebec's jurisdiction and Bill 101, which allows the province to legislate the use of French and English in the province, Harper said Friday.
