Flaherty seen as a friend of Main Street

OTTAWA While Bay Street celebrates the ascension of a dedicated tax cutter who carries undeniable conservative credentials, those who know Jim Flaherty say his political soul is not in the corporate boardroom.
"His heart is definitely on Main Street," former cabinet colleague Tim Hudak says of Canada's new Finance Minister.
