Biovail sues hedge fund
New York — After taking numerous legal broadsides itself,
Biovail Corp. has launched a massive counterattack, with a $4.6-billion (U.S.) lawsuit against a top Wall Street hedge fund and industry analysts in which it alleges a wide-ranging conspiracy to attack vulnerable companies.
