Royal Group faces suit

The Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan has filed a $1-billion class-action lawsuit against Royal Group Technologies Ltd. executives in Ontario after the case was dismissed in New York.
The suit was filed Tuesday against eight current and former officers and directors at the Canadian maker of plastic house parts.
