QUESTION: The computer does not complete the boot up instead it shows the black screen with the cursor flashing only. How do I bring back my computer to normal. Any help would be grateful.
If you can boot into safe mode (by pressing F8 on startup and choosing safe mode from the startup menu) then the problem is likely a driver or service. If you can't even boot into safe mode you'll likely end up having to reinstall windows.

ANSWER: If you have no idea what I'm talking about when I mention drivers and services or if you can't boot into safe mode and you have data the you want saved from the computer, I would suggest calling an expert to help you out with this one, as it's not something that novice users can tackle easily.
