QUESTION: We have a problem that when we run certain video clips the screen will freeze but the sound will continue. The screen will freeze permanent and we have to reboot. Control-Alt-Delete doesn't do anything. No mouse or key does anything, but the sound plays. We would appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks for your service.

ANSWER: Sounds like it may be a video driver issue. Go into the device manager (right click my computer, click properties, click the hardware tab, click the device manager button) and uninstall the display adapters. Then reboot and reinstall the drivers (or better yet, download the latest drivers from the internet first).
