QUESTION: I accidentally downloaded a file: cindyvid.exe on to my XP. Now when my anti-spyware runs it comes across the file but won't let me delete it. Here is the error report: C:\docume~1\owner\locals~1\Temp\wer.07ed.dir00\mini 011306.01.dmp C:Docume~1owner\locals~1\Temp\wer07ed.dir.00\sys data.xml.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

ANSWER: Try booting into safe mode (press F8 on startup and choose safe mode from the windows startup menu), manually delete all the files in the temp folder and run the scan again (in safe mode).
Then, just to be sure, run the scan again after you have rebooted the computer again.
