Can a notebook use a wireless network to share a printer connected to a PC?

Globe and Mail Update

QUESTION: The printer is connected to host desktop computer and it was wirelessly networked. Now, how can I share the printer that was connected to my host computer through notebook computer that was communicating through wireless network?

Thank you,

Ganesh

ANSWER: Sharing and connecting to the printer wirelessly is no different than sharing and connecting to a printer on a wired network, but if you are not familiar with networking you might want to call an expert to set it up and show you how it works. It would take me a day of typing to cover all the possibilities here, whereas it would take an expert a few minutes to do the setup once they see your particular network configuration. Most networkable printers also come with auto-setup software that will walk you through the process after auto-detecting your network settings.
