On-line therapy: the faceless cure?

At first, Toronto therapist Kali Munro was a little leery about meeting her clients in a chat room. What about privacy? If the client used the name "Blackdog" or "Sweetiepie," who else would log in, lurk or, worse, leak the confidential information? Click forward a few years.
