Cold end to a cruel tale
BRAMPTON, ONT. — How cruel is the human heart?This is what Cecilia Zhang's mother asked softly, between the bouts of coughing that perhaps she imagined masked her sobbing, in the victim impact statement videotaped about a week ago and played in court here yesterday.
