  1. Mary Newman from Toronto, Canada writes: Guilty as charged. It's a constant struggle to juggle all the balls: the carreer, the family, the social live, the parents, the soccer team, the health club, charities and volunteering, etc. When is there time to do it all? Give us a break. Our parents didn't have dual income households. Thier lives were much simpler. Our parents had parents who died young (probably from smoking). Thier kids were born early in life. Thier jobs lasted a lifetime. When will the press ever compare the boomers to other generations and admit that we're juggling more balls than generations before and after us have had to?
