Troubleshooter Tech Support
QUESTION: I recently bought the Samsung a920 cellphone and cannot seem to install the drivers on my computer. When I hook up the USB cable, it tells me it is not able to find the drivers. I am running Windows 98. What can I do to get the drivers installed?

ANSWER: Win98 will not recognize anything plugged into the USB automatically. You will need to load the drivers first from the original CD that came with the phone.
