Mud flies in Toronto by-election
The by-election race in Parkdale-High Park turned decidedly ugly yesterday as the Liberals launched a fierce attack on New Democratic Party candidate Cheri DiNovo.Sylvia Watson, the Toronto city councillor running for the Liberals, issued a news release questioning the values of Ms. DiNovo, a minister and community activist.
