As the fashion circus rolled into Milan over the weekend, the scandal involving "size-zero" models continued to gain weight.The regional government of Madrid banned models with a body-mass index (BMI) of less than 18, taking into account height and the scale readout. Madrid is not on the premier world-fashion circuit, but the ban set off waves in London, which was next up in the spotlight.
