Home makeover frenzy continues

Renovation fervour continues to grip Canadians, with a majority saying they plan to work on their kitchens, bathrooms, basements or decks in the next two years.
A survey of home renovation intentions conducted by Ipsos Reid for the Royal Bank of Canada found that those planning to work on their houses will spend $8,982, on average, up $148 from last year.
