Bell Canada aims to become Canada's biggest income trust

Reversing a decision made earlier this year, BCE Inc. plans to convert all of its Bell Canada assets into the country's biggest income trust.
The Bell Canada Income Fund will have an annual cash distribution of $2.55 per unit, a 93 per cent increase from BCE's current dividend of $1.32 a share. BCE investors will receive one unit in the new trust for every common share they hold.
