Telus CEO tells CRTC to let the market decide

Ottawa — Telus Corp.'s boss gave the federal telecom regulator some harsh advice today, telling the CRTC to rely more on market forces and to intervene in the business world only where absolutely necessary. Darren Entwistle told an Ottawa lunch crowd that the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission should usher in a new era of minimal regulations and take part in an overhaul of government policy.
