Turner promising to shake up Ottawa again

Ousted Tory MP Garth Turner is promising to once again stir the political pot this week in Ottawa, but the representative from Halton, Ont., put an end late Monday to speculation that he may be joining the Green Party as its deputy leader. “The rumours are flying that at my press event tomorrow I'll be announcing my decision to quit being an Indie and start being a Green,” Mr. Turner wrote on his blog Monday afternoon. “But everybody should just chill.
