Now they realize, oops, we didn't save enough SO we need to keep working. And in 10 years, they're going to ask me to help fund their pension plan & their healthcare. watch.
  2. Hugh Draper from Vancouver, Canada writes: This is all about the blood sucking younger generation who have been leeching off their parents for far too long and need a boot in the arse to get them out of the house to add value to the economy; like Chaz Romalis of Deep Cove Bikes.
  3. Anne Maxwell from Kingston, Canada writes: I am very pleased the Provincial Government as acted in
banning mandatory retirement. I am 63 and stilling
working full time in a Sales Environment. I work in an office where the average is age is 30, but I am treated as an equal.
At present I am enrolled a a Community College in the
evening to assist me in starting a new career; which I hope to start with the next year. Something I hope will be rewarding
and I will love to do.
I am very concerned about earning a living as I get older
as I do not have a Pension to look forward to, other than
CPP. So as long as I am healthy I will work till I put my
foot in the grave. Anne Maxwell
    CPP.
  4. joe smoe from Halifax, Canada writes: The reason that we have to work longer, is taxes. Tax on our cpp oas. Oil food, everything goes up at and incrediable amount, while the seniors have to sit and starve. We have a government that is growing and wasting most of the monies that could go to the aging population .
