Arlene Valiquette thinks you need a hug.So do Joanna Potratz, Alain Archambault, Deborah Isaac and thousands of other people.And they're taking matters into their own hands -- literally. On city streets and in malls across Canada and around the world, they're greeting strangers with open arms and signs that say, "Free Hugs." "It's a real, warm, open hug," says Ms. Valiquette, who was recently kicked out of a North Bay, Ont.
