CAYUGA, Ont. — An aboriginal protester wore a colourful Mohawk headdress and his supporters staged a quiet protest by defying court protocol during his bail hearing in Cayuga on Monday. Trevor Miller, who faces theft, robbery and assault charges, has been in custody since he was arrested at the Grassy Narrows first nations reserve north of Kenora on Aug. 8, 2006.
