Bank of Canada leaves rates alone

The Bank of Canada left its key lending rate unchanged at 4.25 per cent on Tuesday, the fifth time in a row it hasn't budged, and said risks to its outlook are “roughly balanced.” The move comes amid questions over how much the U.S. slowdown is affecting the Canadian economy, and exports in particular.
