If your chief financial officer has quit, there's a pretty good chance they already had another job lined up. And, if they didn't, the chances are pretty good they found the culture clash too much to handle or the job of number-crunching too stressful.
According to a survey by consulting firm Right Management, 50 per cent of all CFO's vacating the corner office do so because they have accepted another job offer.
