Quebec soccer officials won't punt hijab rule

MONTREAL — In the wake of the weekend expulsion of a hijab-wearing young girl from a tournament game, Quebec soccer officials say they don't plan to change how they apply their rules unless there is a signal from the sport's world-ruling federation.
