Wireless firms 'waiting to flip the switch'

A week before cellphone numbers become transferable,
Virgin Mobile Canada briefed some new customer service employees on the change.
In a small room in the wireless carrier's downtown Toronto office, nine fresh-faced trainees in jeans listened attentively as their trainer told them numbers will be moved between both wireless and land line telephones.
