Flaherty hits the road to sell his fiscal plan
WHITBY, Ont. — Finance Minister Jim Flaherty says the discussion with the provinces is now over.
“We have restored fiscal balance and it is on a principled basis that we'll do this,” Mr. Flaherty told reporters after delivering a speech to the Chamber of Commerce in his Ontario riding of Whitby.
