From the start, the creators of Radiant City weren't out to make a straight documentary.Skewering the (il)logic of suburban communities, built on isolated fields and given names like "Tuscany," as if the developers were out to rub irony in our faces, wasn't enough for filmmaker Gary Burns and CBC journalist Jim Brown.
They also set out to play with the whole notion of truth-telling in documentaries.
