Poop, scoop and carry it home
TORONTO — Maggie Redmans isn't one to sidestep an issue. But when it comes to navigating her way through the Jimmie Simpson Park across the street from her downtown home, she's found herself doing some fancy footwork.
"You just need a few people to leave their dogs' business behind for the place to become a mess," the 59-year-old said yesterday as several people played in the park with their four-legged companions.
