Twofinger Typist from Canada writes: A bone-idle "father" and a deluded "mother" pretty well insures that the taxpayers of Vernon, BC will be supporting this clan for the rest of their lives. God help these kids.

Patricia Sears from Canada writes: Gee, I'm suffering from crippling panic attacks when faced with completing my income tax return this week. Gee, it would be nice if government (i.e. the taxpayers) subsidized me to stay home and have baby after baby. How stupid am I? I stopped at two, used birth control and supported myself and my family.
The McKay/Hogan/Simms clan are milking our social network for all it's worth. Ms. McKay hasn't passed on "panic attacks" to her clan - she's passed on the know-how to con the bleeding heart social workers and social assistance bureaucracy.
I swear to God, the first politician who grows some b***s and stands up to these people will earn my support for the rest of my life.- Posted 25/04/07 at 5:32 PM EDT | Alert an Editor | Link to Comment

Jolly Sampson from Red Deer, Canada writes: Thanks to the freedom of expression in Canada I have at least the opportunity to express my disgust with the freedom of press. Guess there is nothing else to report and we are getting pretty desperate in this country for real inspiring stories. Living of the work and avails of others has never inspired me, have been a single parent of four and never taken a handout. The human spirit is meant to struggle for its survival and the unfit are culled out - either now or in the future. Some of my generation are fed up supporting the likes of you and are doing things to achieve our goals. No matter how whiny the press reports your story - you are not fit to survive. I am happy to help - help meaning to assist the other to accomplish something on their own - these people that are reported on want to create another Welfare generation.

Gail Pike from Tualatin, United States writes: This young woman is delusional. I feal nothing but pity for the two
little girls. I saw a video showing how the backs of their heads have
flattened. They look like lolly pops. She has no sense. She should of
been exploring ways to take the pressure off. I've heard that they are supposed to have surgery because one of their hearts does most of the work. If they ever walk it will be with a lot of strain on their necks. I too think it is a shame when families like this live off the taxes others pay. But the worst thing is these girls should not have been brought into the world in the first place. It is abuse. They are in a living hell and the older they get the worse it gets.- Posted 04/03/08 at 7:43 PM EDT | Alert an Editor | Link to Comment
